How To Detox Your Wardrobe This Spring

March is a great time for a juice cleanse, to spring clean your home, and to refresh your wardrobe. First step in detoxing your wardrobe for spring is going through all of your winter stuff, and ask yourself, “what haven’t I worn?” Anything that hasn’t been worn more than once should be sold, donated, or passed on. Then pack up all the winter items and either move them to the back of the closet or pack them away for next year.

Start slow, you don’t have to clear out all of your clothes at once. However, my one rule, “Be ruthless.” Unless it is a very special unique piece, like a vintage YSL dress, or cashmere sweater, If you haven’t worn it in a year get rid of it! Especially a trendy piece from Zara or any other fast fashion store!

Once you have cleared out the old, you can make room for the new! Here is a list of transitional spring pieces to add to your wardrobe now!
